Weekly Wargaming is an event run by Dice Gitz (see below) every Thursday from 6pm until late. It's held at the Dice Goblin store in Royal Oak, Auckland.
Come join us in the community that we are building. We make our terrain and tables available for those in the hobby space to paint or play various wargaming and skirmish systems.
Our aim is to create a friendly environment for new players, and we often bring our own models for players to use. Feel free to come along even if you're brand new to the space.
We encourage anyone who is interested to join us for a chat in the Dice Gobin discord. The community discusses the weekly meetups under the Weekly Wargaming channel.
We frequently attend a monthly arts and crafts market run by Dice Goblin. It is usually run on the 3rd Saturday of every month starting around 11am. It is held at their store in Royal Oak, Auckland.
If you'd like to get a hands-on experience with my prints before purchasing, or even if you just want to chat in person about my 3D prints, I fully encourage you to swing by and check out my stall.
There are also many other talented individuals that set up stalls here every month. I recommend you come and check it out!
Dice Gitz is a partnership between Dice Goblin, My Messy Workbench and Vat Risen.
Together we run wargaming events and aim to create the highest quality events here in Auckland. Our up-and-coming community in the space has been growing rapidly since the end of June 2025.
Death & Duos is a Warhammer 40k doubles tournament where players pair up in teams of 2, each fielding 1000 points of models under 40ks current ruleset.
This event is a fun way to experience the hobby with a friend, and while competitive play is enouraged, it is not the focus. We love to introduce new people to tournament play with this event, and hope that everyone has a great time.
As per tadition for this event we have podium and spot prizes. This includes the coveted sportsmanship trophy, which is always custom printed and beach themed. If you want to see what it's all about, here's a link to some photos and videos from our last Death & Duos event.
